The Challenge
IAGD had outgrown its 1978 facility and needed an expansion that could serve a growing congregation without disrupting the community's daily activities. The space had to embody the values of unity and inclusivity the congregation stands for, on a strict timeline.
Our Approach
BlackStone ran the project design-build, pairing General Contracting oversight with Value Engineering to protect the budget against fluctuating material costs and Critical Path Scheduling to hold the timeline. The finished expansion added new worship and education space along with modern multimedia systems for the prayer halls and classrooms.
