Ashley Homestore needed three tenant buildouts delivered at once across three different Michigan communities, each with its own zoning rules and local requirements, all while matching one consistent brand standard.
Our Approach
BlackStone ran all three tenant improvements in parallel with detailed project plans and regular budget reviews, coordinating permits and subcontractors locally at each site while holding a single standard for materials and finishes. All three stores opened on schedule and on budget.
