The Challenge
The Rayyan Center called for a 32,000-square-foot ground-up build integrating traditional Islamic design with a gymnasium and daycare center, on a fixed timeline, in a residential area where disruption had to stay minimal.
Our Approach
BlackStone partnered design-build with architect Gateway Engineering so the architectural vision and construction schedule stayed tightly coordinated, with regular progress reviews keeping the project on budget. The finished center includes a prayer hall, gymnasium and daycare center serving the local Muslim community.
